A project called the UK’s Lost Photo Project “hopes to reunite ‘orphaned images’ — and the mislaid cameras that took them — with their rightful owners.” Cameras get lost from time to time and the people behind the project have hopes that returning them in the future will be possible.
Jeff Berezny, Trov’s global head of marketing explained.
“We hope that members of the public will recognize a friend, cousin, or co-worker, and alert them and start the process of reuniting photographer to lost device.”
The program will be working with Camerafound and will be run by crowdsourcing. People can start helping with reuniting man to camera by going to the website trov.com/lostphotoproject or by emailing [email protected].
