WOW Air has announced some $99 flights to Iceland departing from the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. The deals are a celebration of (and enticement for) the new route.
The discounted flights will only be available in limited quantities, but overall the number of flights between Baltimore/Washington and Keflavik International Airport will be almost doubling.
At the current moment, WOW Air offers daily flights between the two destinations, but they will soon be offering flights twice a day on certain days of the week. The double days will include Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday for the time period between May 18 and September 16 of next year. The 11 flights each week will bring their capacity up 45 percent.
WOW is also offering some $149 flight deals to London, Amsterdam, Paris, Dublin, Berlin, and Frankfurt. At the current time the airline has 38 routes between the U.S. and Europe and soon might start serving Asia as well.
