Last minute packing can be rough, but now if you have a day to plan you can actually order from Target’s new next day delivery service. The offer is currently being tested in Minneapolis and sounds similar to how it might work if you were ordering from Amazon.
Target shoppers who have a REDcard can fill up boxes online full of 45 pounds of goods and then get it all delivered next day for a flat rate of $4.99. That’s pretty cheap as far as next day shipping goes.
Target’s Chief Information and Digital Officer Mike McNamara spoke about the new option.
“Target Restock is all about making the Target run easier — and helping our guests save time in their busy lives. We look forward to seeing how guests in our hometown market respond to this new offering.”
