The Universal Orlando Resort will now be offering hotel rooms that are under $100 a night. It’s bound to be welcome news for traveling families who are buying tickets to parks and paying for other activities on their Orlando vacations.
Universal is opening two new hotels which have not yet been named. They will be located about a mile from Universal at the site where Universal’s Wet n’ Wild water park previously existed. One of the hotels will have 750 rooms while the other will have 2,050 rooms.
The two hotels will share some of the same amenities, such as the two pools, fitness center, food courts, and bars. The hotels will bring the Universal total up to eight hotels, and these ones will offer the same sort of perks that the others have in regards to getting into the parks early.
Universal recently bought 101 acres of land that has not yet been utilized nor have any plans been announced. It seems as though they are in the midst of a massive growth phase.
