Next spring Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida will be opening a Tonight Show attraction where visitors will race Jimmy Fallon.
The attraction is called “Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon,” and 72 riders will be seated in what they are calling the “world’s first-ever flying theater.” The passengers will then begin the race against the talk show host on the ride, which will then fly through the landscape of New York City and its popular attractions.
The attraction will also offer a performance by Jimmy Fallon’s barbershop quartet the Ragtime Gals in the Studio 6B Club, as well as a chance to do a meet and greet with Hashtag the Panda, the mascot of the show.
Universal Orlando released a statement about the attraction on their official blog.
“Arrive in the Studio 6B Club in style, and enjoy a live performance from the Ragtime Gals barbershop quartet, or check out some of the show’s classic bits, from History of Rap to Lip Sync Battle. You’ll also have the chance to meet and dance with the beloved ‘Tonight Show’ mascot, Hashtag the Panda.”
The park is also working on the Volcano Bay Water Park to open in 2017, as well as the Fast and Furious: Supercharged ride opening in 2018.
