A travel app called Lola can basically work as a personal assistant for business travelers. It recently got an update that makes it even better than it was to begin with.
The app uses both human concierges and algorithm-based AI ones to handle requests. The human concierges are a mixture of travel agents and experts within the customer service field. The app functions differently than others do, in the sense that it doesn’t favor paid information. It truly takes into account the preferences of the person using it.
Unlike other apps however, Lola does charge a subscription for the service. But they also have staff on hand to help out if something goes wrong like a flight gets canceled or something along those lines.
