Switzerland is opening a new chocolate museum that has been in the works for three years. Chez Camille Bloch will offer chocolate classes, chocolate tastings, and of course a chocolate cafe and a chocolate shop. Should be plenty of chocolate on hand.
The museum is prepared to host around 100,000 people each year after opening on October 21.

Switzerland is well known for its innovations in chocolate. Other recent news includes the creation of actual pink chocolate by Zurich-based chocolatier Barry Callebaut. The chocolate is made from a ruby cocoa bean and has a natural berry flavor in addition to a sweetly pink color.
