Traveling for business can be a bit different than traveling for pleasure, and generally, you are going to want to make things as efficient as possible.
One thing that you can do to save time when you’re traveling simply for business is apply for the TSA Pre-Check or Global Entry. The TSA Pre-Check allows you to skip the security lines completely, while Global Entry does the same for U.S. Customs. If you have Global Entry you also do not have to worry about taking your laptop out of your bag when you go through security checks.
If you travel a lot for business your probably rent a lot of cars as well, so getting on a rewards program with a favorite company is a good idea. That can also give you the opportunity to skip the lines once you arrive at your destination and are ready to hop into the car.
Using airline apps can also save you some travel time since they can keep you updated with flight changes in real time. Many airlines are currently using those as a way to communicate with fliers.
