A Prince exhibition will be opening in London this coming October at The O2. The exhibit is entitled “My Name is Prince” and will feature a ton of artifacts and personal memorabilia from his Paisley Park residence.
This is the first time that any of the items will be on display. They include things like clothing items, handwritten song lyrics, and instruments. The exhibit will only be on display for 21 days. Prince’s siblings released a statement about the exhibition.
“He loved to share this work and life with his fans. We know him as a brother who became not only one of the most prolific songwriters of all time, but an entertainer and musician who was unlike any other; it’s only appropriate we share him and these amazing artifacts with the world now that he’s gone.”
