A 10-year-old child was discovered sleeping towards the back of a plane after everyone else had disembarked and the flight crew had started their cleaning.

The girl has been traveling with her family on a China Southern Airlines flight between Chengdu and Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.

Luckily the girl knew how to reach her parents so they were reunited pretty quickly. The girl’s father explained that they didn’t forget her but that they just assumed that she would follow them off the plane. He explained that they were busy with their luggage.

In the meantime it sounds like they left behind their most precious cargo.
