Anyone who missed their chance at purchasing Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch the first time have another opportunity to do so, since it’s back on the market once again.
The property is now being called Sycamore Valley Ranch and it’s currently listed at $67 million, which is a big increase from the $22.5 million that Michael sold it for prior to his death. But that’s actually a reduction from the listing price in 2016, which was $100 million.
The current name of the property was “named for the majestic sycamore trees that populate the landscape, along with magnificent oaks, distinctive rolling hills, pastoral vistas and exquisite manicured grounds.”
The real estate listing also says that the ranch offers “quintessential California beauty and rare privacy.”
