Marriott International has relaunched their mobile app with an improved and more personalized experience.
The app will now send information that’s local to whatever city the user happens to be in, and it will also make the Mobile Check-in/Checkout and Mobile Room Ready Alerts smoother to use.
Marriott’s senior vice president of digital George Corbin said released a statement about the changes they’ve made.
“Smart devices are now everyone’s indispensable travel companion, as more and more travelers increasingly expect to have their needs satisfied using their mobile phone. Marriott is using mobile to introduce and revolutionize the next generation of customer service to travelers worldwide, delivering a far more personalized and anticipatory stay experience.”
