Legoland in Florida has opened a new beach retreat. The retreat includes a lakeside resort with 83 bungalows in coves named after Lego figures.
The new addition joins the Legoland hotel and has doubled the room occupancy at the Legoland resort overall. The new beach retreat is located about a mile from the Legoland park and offers free transportation back and forth.
There is a swimming pool and some outdoor building areas for the kids. In each bungalow cove there is a playground, and since the coves are built in a u-shape it makes it easy for people to relax and keep an eye on their kids at the same time.
Sandy’s Castle Restaurant offers a free breakfast buffet, and Bricks Beach Bar offers the waterside cocktails.
