Hilton is now offering a wellness concept called “Five Feet to Fitness” in two of its locations. The Parc 55 San Francisco and Virginia’s Hilton McLean Tysons Corner are debuting the in-room fitness centers.
The fitness centers will offer 11 different pieces of fitness equipment and accessories to go with. Those items include the indoor cycling Wattbike, a Gym Rax functional training station, and a TRX center.
Hilton’s senior director of global wellness Ryan Crabbe explained what the addition of their Fitness Kiosk had to add.
“The kiosk provides real-time instructions much like a personal trainer at your gym, showing you how to correctly and safely use the equipment in the room. It offers more than 200 videos ranging from cardio, cycling, endurance, strength, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), yoga, recovery and everything in between.”
They are also taking things to the next step in wellness and offering blackout curtains for a better night sleep, a meditation chair for clearing the head.
