The low-cost airline carrier Frontier Airlines has announced an expansion. The airline will now be serving 21 new cities which will double the number of routes it has now and increase its destinations by 30 percent.
This expansion could potentially save travelers $1 billion through cheaper air fare options. Frontier Airlines CEO Barry Biffle released a statement about the expansion.
“We are proud to announce the nationwide expansion of our unique brand of Low Fares Done Right which will empower millions more people to afford to fly. We project this will save our customers over a billion dollars annually on their flights. These new flights will allow us to serve even more of America and make flying a truly affordable option.”
New services are being offered in Ohio, Colorado, California, and Texas to name a few.
