A fire at the Bellagio hotel and casino in Las Vegas led to a temporary shutdown of the Las Vegas strip on Thursday night.
There were no reported injuries but it took 10 fire engines and 77 firefighters to put the fire out. It was reported at 10:46 PM and out by 11:09 PM.
The Clark County Fire Department assistant chief Larry Haydu made a statement about the incident.
“Firefighting efforts were extremely difficult due to the location of the fire and access to the location.”
It’s not yet known what the cause of the fire was or how much damage was done to the property in the process.
