Emirates will soon offer the first fully private plane suites with walls that extend all the way from floor to ceiling. The suites are 40-square feet and if the passenger using one feels like being completely alone, they can even avoid seeing any flight attendants.
Inside the suite there’s a stocked mini bar that the passenger can snack from, as well as a service window through which to order other food and drinks. The suite offers a room service feature where the passenger can order whatever they need via video, phone, or the normal way of face to face.
As for entertainment within the suite, there is a 32 inch TV, noise-canceling headphones, and even a travel journal. Some of the suites will offer binoculars to look out the windows, and the suites that don’t have windows will have virtual windows that live stream the view outside.
The suites will first appear next month on the Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, which will be traveling from Dubai to Brussels and Geneva.
