Adventures by Disney is now offering an adults only cruise that will take place on the Rhine River and travel through Switzerland, France, Germany, and the Netherlands. The eight day cruise will depart October 21, 2017, and will be a wine and food themed journey.
Guests can expect to go on vineyard tours as well as learn about wine during seminars on board from sommelier Brian Koziol. Disneyland’s culinary director John State will also do food demonstrations and workshops. Stops will include things like the Heineken factory and a waffle demonstration in Amsterdam.
Disney’s river cruise program was initially launched this year as a family cruise, and they currently have 15 of them scheduled on both the Danube and Rhine rivers for the coming year. Ken Potrock, the senior vice president of Adventures by Disney, hopes to draw in even more people with this new option.
