A Disney employee has been arrested for falsely impersonating a police officer. The arrest took place Saturday on I-Drive in Orlando.
Apparently the Disney employee Brett Smith saw a woman drive through some cones at Sea World Aquatica and then pulled her over with a Department of Homeland Security badge that he had from a Halloween costume.
He was quickly found out, however, since a sheriff that was stationed nearby happened to see the whole thing go down and went over to see what was happening.
At first the Sherrif thought that the badge was real, but then Brett admitted that it was not at which point he was arrested. If he is convicted of the crime he could face up to five years in prison and a $5,000 fine.
