Condor has once again been rated the best airline option in Germany for the third time. It beat out airlines such as Lufthansa, Eurowings, and Ryanair in the German Institute for Service Quality survey.
“We are very honored to receive this award for the third time against such strong competition,” said Ralf Teckentrup, CEO of Condor. “The verdict of our customers is immensely important for us because our daily work is always focused on them. It is our wish that for Condor guests, their holidays starts as soon as they get on board the aircraft.
“We’re glad that this is acknowledged and our customers are satisfied with our service, reliability and quality at such great prices. Similarly, I would like to thank all our employees who have made such a major contribution to this success.”
The survey asked 1,039 people to rate their flight experiences in the past year on things such as reliability, safety, value, service, flight availability, and complaints.
