Business travelers fly all over the world, but there are two cities that come out on top when it comes to feelings of safety. Those are Washington D.C. and Los Angeles.
This information was released following a study by the GBTA Foundation. There were 16 different cities involved in the ranking, and following D.C. and Los Angeles were London, New York, and Munich.
The highest ranked locations for feeling unsafe were Turkey, Mexico, and Lagos. Overall 52 percent felt that traveling domestically was safer that traveling abroad, but 37 percent said that they feel safe everywhere.
For business travelers who do not feel safe, their main concern was terrorism. Over half of the people surveyed agreed that anywhere could be considered high risk these days.
