Carnival Cruise Lines has hosted a Seuss-a-Palooza onboard the Carnival Fantasy. The event was held for kids attending the YMCA of South Alabama Summer Camp program. During the event, the brand donated $20,000 to the YMCA.
Christine Duffy, the president of Carnival Cruise Line spoke out about the event.
“The event today was a terrific opportunity to celebrate our long-standing relationship with the Port of Mobile and demonstrate that we’re proud to be community partners. The partnership with Dr. Seuss Enterprises is unique to Carnival and we were happy to share this fun experience with such a great group of kids from the Mobile area.”
The event also showcased their Seuss at Sea program. That program includes a green eggs and ham breakfast as well as a Dr. Seuss Bookville reading area.
