Uber is giving away a number of free airport rides from now until the end of the year, which could be just the ticket for a lot of people who are going to be needing transportation to and from the airport over the holiday season.
The free rides can be claimed if you have an American Express card to use with your Uber account. In the section of the app for entering in promo codes in the payment section, you would enter “AMEXAIRPORT.”
The credit should automatically be entered into your account, and it’s worth two free rides up to $65 which is quite generous. All you have to do once the credit shows up is open the app and summon your ride either direction.
The only catch is that the rides can not be used at all airports, but the ones available are pretty big ones. There are 11 airports in total taking part in the fun, which are: LaGuardia Airport (LGA), John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD), Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW), Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), Boston, Logan International Airport (BOS), McCarran International Airport (LAS), George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA.)
