Air Canada has launched a kid’s club called Air Canada Altitude Skyriders. The intention of the club is to make flying more fun for children who are between the ages of two and 12.
Children can be registered for the club for free online, at which point they will be given a welcome letter, a luggage tag, and a logbook to keep track of their trips. Each them they travel they can also earn printable badges that they will be able to keep to remember special moments from their travels.
Benjamin Smith the Air Canada President explained their intentions with the program.
“The Air Canada Altitude Skyriders club will introduce kids to the exciting world of travel making their journey with Air Canada a memorable experience. It’s not about points or rewards, it’s about making their trip as fun as possible and we hope to nurture and encourage childhood curiosity and create lifelong memories.”
And probably lifelong customers as well.
