Acapulco has always offered activities for the adventurous traveler. Things like cliff diving at La Quebrada draw quite the crowd. Now the destination has launched the world’s largest over water zip-line called XTASEA.
Pedro Haces, the president of the Acapulco Destination Marketing Office spoke out about the addition.
“Visitors who come back year after year to unwind at our world-class resorts and enjoy our amazing beaches, yachting and golf are excited by our growing array of cutting-edge adventures. Zooming across the Puerto Marqués Bay at 75mph, scuba diving through the majestic waters or watching professional divers leap into crashing waves from 140 feet cliffs can be a life-changing experience. Afterward, guests can look forward to returning to their resort for some well-deserved pampering.”
The zip line is over a mile long and 328 feet high.
