The New York Times Travel Show is a yearly event where travel professionals and consumers come together in one place to talk about travel trends and what to expect from the industry in the following year.
Registration for the show is now open and tickets can be purchased online. The event will take place from Friday, January 27 to Sunday, January 29, 2017 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City.
There will be over 525 people hosting exhibits from all over the world, and the show is expected to bring in over 30,000 visitors.
The show will have a Wellness Travel Pavilion for the second year in a row, and will be opening a Family Travel Pavilion for the first time.
The first day of the show is only open to travel industry professionals, but then the rest of the time it opens to the general public. At that point there will be things like food demonstrations, performances, talks, conversations about important topics such as global travel tips for women and LGBT travel.
