3. Cu Chi Tunnels – Vietnam
These tunnels in Vietnam are remnants from the 1955-1975 Vietnam War. Many battles took place there, and despite the memory of intense bloodshed and carnage, the country has opened up three of the tunnels as a tourist attraction. Visitors can take a tunnel ride and even shoot an AK-47 rifle while visiting this controversial site.
