If the Missouri airports get their way they will soon be selling alcohol to go, which would give passengers the option of drinking while hanging out at their gate.
The bill has already been passed in the Missouri house but also needs to be approved by one more vote before it heads to Senate. If the bill goes into effect it will be for the St. Louis Lambert International Airport and Kansas City International Airport, although the Kansas City airport already allows for drinking outside of the security area.
If the bill is passed people will be able to take their drinks to their gates but they will not be allowed to bring the alcohol onto the planes or through the security line.
Some people think it will improve the customer service at the airports, while others fear it will create more unruly passengers.
