Delta Airlines has been called the “Most Admired Airline” by Fortune magazine. The magazine released their list of the ‘World’s Most Admired Companies’ which takes in the opinions of 3,800 industry professionals.

For 2017, top-ranked airlines were listed as: Delta Air Lines, Air France-KLM, Cathay Pacific, Singapore Airlines, Lufthansa Group, United Continental Holdings, Southwest Airlines, ANA Holdings.

Delta has made it into the top of the ranking before, and this is actually the sixth time in seven years that the airline has landed in the top spot.

This particular ranking does not take into account any opinions of consumers. In one of the magazine’s other lists, Southwest Airlines and Singapore Airlines got spots on the ‘Top 50 Most Admired Companies.’
