This week Disney announced that they will be increasing their already high entrance fees. Both the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California and Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista will be increasing their prices every kind of ticket as well as parking prices.
Some of the price hikes are exclusive to tickets that are purchased on location at the ticket booths, which creates an incentive to bit early. Others are modest increases around $5. But the increases get a lot bigger when it comes to multi-day ticket pricing. When guests add a fourth day to a multi-day ticket the cost will go up by $25.
There was also a change to ticket prices last February when the park turned to dynamic pricing. With this model, there are different prices for entrance tickets depending on whether it’s a busy time of the week and year.
Parking at the Disneyland Resort went up from $18 to $20.
