The Disney parks might be a popular destination choice in the summer when kids are out of school, but there are some reasons why it might be even more fun to visit Disney during the winter.
Discounts
Disney doesn’t offer a ton fo discounts, but occasionally they offer a deal that’s too good to pass up. A new 4 Park Magic Ticket offers admission to four of the parks on four different days for only $70 each day.
The International Festival of the Arts
This winter Epcot is rolling out the International Festival of the Arts which will offer different events for things like artfully prepared food and a Disney on Broadway Concert Series. The festival will run every weekend in February.
Better Weather
When it’s cold out you might need to wear some extra layers, but when you’re on your feet all day in the Disney parks it’s unlikely that you’ll get too cold. In the summer it’s almost impossible to escape the heat.
Fewer People
There are fewer guests at the Disney parks during the winter, which also means shorter lines and less wait times at rides and restaurants alike.
