Users of the Hotel.com app can now use the services of a digital concierge thanks to their newly launched digital user face. Now it’s possible to directly make reservations and purchases from companies like Uber, Groupon, OpenTable and delivery.com.
Making all of that available in one place will streamline the travel process for people who take advantage of it. Before introducing the feature the company surveyed its current customers, and 46 percent of them said that they would appreciate using a feature like that, especially when it comes to getting directions, booking reservations at restaurants, and buying tickets for local events.
The company has also shared that they will be introducing ticketing at some point.
